Private tours conditions

PICKUP POINT:
The entire tour group will be picked up from any one of the following places: Lyon or Marseille Airport or Avignon or Valence High Speed TGV Train station. Your arrival needs to be set between 13h00 and 21h00 and your departure between 8h00 and 14h00. The meeting time may be adjusted according to flight details.

VISA AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
If required, you are responsible for carrying out all formalities at your local French Embassy. Upon request, Slice Of France will supply you with an invitation letter allowing the VISA # procurement.

Slice Of France is not responsible for the health insurance of customers, therefore we strongly recommend that customers coming from abroad make inquiries before departure with their local health insurance provider.

TRANSPORTATION:
For the duration of your trip, your group will have a dedicated Minibus with high standard of comfort. 9 seating places, air conditioning and a refrigerated cool-box.

ACCOMODATION:
Slice Of France has selected your   accommodations with great care. Attention has been given to provide privacy and comfort. Rooms will be single or double upon request, and each has a private bathroom and air conditioning. Some of our accommodations may propose access to a sauna and a jacuzzi (According to availability and included in the package.)

MEALS:
  All meals are included in Slice of France Tours, from breakfast to dinner. Usually breakfast and dinner will take place in the accommodation where you will stay. Lunch will be provided by one of our selection of the best local, traditional and gastronomic restaurants.

     Cancellation insurance,
     Luggage and flight insurance,
     1/3 of a bottle of wine per meal per person is included,

     Any optional additional services, (eg.: yoga lessons, individual massages, laundry or ironing services).
